Does Ready Ticket collect and store my credit card information?
At no stage does Your entire credit card number get collected or stored in Ready Ticket’s system. The only parties to receive the entire card number are Ready Ticket’s bankers and their Payment Gateway.

If you wish to remain anonymous when You purchase tickets to an event, You may purchase your tickets in person, directly through our box offices. However, Ready Ticket cannot guarantee or confirm Your admission at the Event if your Receipt or Confirmation with the unique Bar code or QR code, is lost or stolen, since You would not have completed the registration process with Us, which includes providing some personal information.

How And When Does Ready Ticket Use Public Personal Information?

Ready Ticket may utilise Your personal information in several discrete ways, including, but not limited to, any of the following:

  • If You are purchasing tickets for admission to an event or venue, the Company utilizes Your personal information to complete the purchase transaction and to communicate with You about Your ticket order or other inquiry.
  • Whenever You purchase tickets for admission to an event or venue, We may be required to share Your personal information with a third party credit card processor to facilitate completion of Your transaction. The credit card processor may share the same information with Your credit card issuer for the issuer’s use in connection with gathering data related to use of their cards, rewards programmes or other purposes. Ready Ticket is not liable nor exercises control over any of the interactions between credit card processors, issuers, or the like. You are urged to read and become familiar with the privacy policies governing the use of your credit cards.
  • When you purchase a ticket or admission to an event or venue, we may be contractually required to pass your personal information to the Seller so that they may communicate with you about the event you are going to attend. Under those circumstances, we cannot offer you the option to opt-out from having your information passed to the Seller, and Ready Ticket shall not liable for the use of your personal information by the Seller.

Sellers are not subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, which means that they may use Your personal information for purposes other than for contacting You about the event You are going to attend, unless You contact them and request otherwise.

Ready Ticket has no control over the use of Your personal information by any Seller and You agree that Ready Ticket is not liable for any use of Your personal information by a Seller.
