Ready Ticket Terms and Conditions 

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.  By using this Ready Ticket Website and purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Ready Ticket platform, Your browsing of the Ready Ticket Website and Your purchase transaction.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchaser of a Ready Ticket and any person using a Ready Ticket.

Ready Ticket Inc., (“Ready Ticket”) provides ticketing services, including the sale and distribution of Tickets, as agent for the Promoter or person responsible for holding the relevant event (hereinafter ‘The Seller’). Ready Ticket provides these services via the Ready Ticket Website and platform.

‘Event’ means the event or events advertised on this Ready Ticket Website for which Tickets can be purchased via the Ready Ticket platform.

 ‘Seller’ means a third party supplier who is responsible for the Event, and may include a venue, band, promoter or event organiser.

‘You’ means an individual purchasing tickets using the Ready Ticket Website, or Ready Ticket’s authorized Box offices, and includes any person using a Ready Ticket.

‘We’ and ‘Us’ means Ready Ticket Inc.

Variations to Terms and Conditions

Ready Ticket may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating them and posting them on the Ready Ticket Website. The updated Terms and Conditions shall take effective immediately upon being posted. The Ready Ticket Website will indicate the date the Terms and Conditions were last updated.

Seller Terms and Conditions and Venue Rules

Each Ticket is also sold subject to any additional terms and conditions of the Seller for the particular Event, (‘Seller Terms’) and the Venue’s Rules. If You breach those terms, conditions or rules then the Seller and/or Venue may refuse to grant your admission to the Event or may require You to leave the Venue.

If provided by the Seller, Ready Ticket may display the Seller’s terms and conditions as part of the Event information on Ready Ticket’s Website. You may also access the Seller’s terms and conditions from the Seller directly. The Venue Rules may be obtained from the Venue.

General

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern Your use of the Ready Ticket Website and Your purchase of Tickets via the Ready Ticket platform:

Age

By entering and using this website You are warrantying that You are 18 years or older.

Ready Ticket as Agent for Seller

Ready Ticket acts as agent for the Seller in the sale of Tickets. As such, except as specified in the Terms and Conditions, all claims in connection with Tickets or Events are the sole responsibility of the Seller and, except to the extent required by law, Ready Ticket has no liability to You.

Ready ticket does not determine the Ticket prices, the seating plan or seating availability. Ticket inventory is the responsibility of the Seller. Ownership of the Ticket and rights to grant entry to the Event remains with the Seller and does not pass to Ready Ticket at any time.

Accepted Credit Cards

The Ready Ticket Payment Gateway accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discovers and Diners Credit cards. At no stage does Your entire credit card number get collected or stored in Ready Ticket’s system. The only parties to receive the entire card number are Ready Ticket’s bankers and their Payment Gateway.

Ticket Prices

All ticket prices are VAT inclusive. Prices are stated in Barbados dollars unless otherwise indicated. In addition to the Ticket price, You will be required to pay a Booking fee which is not generally refundable except in the case of Price Errors (see below).

Price Errors

While Ready Ticket takes all reasonable care to ensure that Tickets are correctly priced on the Website sometimes errors may occur. If We discover an error in the price of Ticket(s) You have ordered We will contact You as soon as possible and We may either cancel the order, (in which case You will be refunded the Ticket price and any Booking fees You have paid), or We will give You the option of purchasing the Ticket(s) ordered, at the correct price.

Purchasing Tickets

You must be 18 years and over and within the age restrictions which apply to the Event for You to purchase Tickets using this Website. Please check the Event page to see if there are any Age restrictions.

A request by You to purchase Tickets via this Website is an offer made by You subject to the Terms and Conditions of this website.

When you have selected the Event for which You would like to purchase a Ticket, add the Ticket to Your basket. There may be a limit on how many Tickets You may purchase. (See ‘Limit on Ticket Purchases’).

Check the items in Your basket carefully before You confirm Your purchase. When You have reviewed your purchase, complete the transaction by clicking on ‘PAY’. At this stage an offer has been made to You to purchase the Tickets selected at the prices stated on the website, including the Booking fee.

Once You have offered to purchase the Ticket(s) then, subject to their availability and the authorization from the bank to charge your credit card, We will accept Your offer and charge your credit card with the face value of the Ticket(s) plus the Booking fee which is indicated.

The face value of the Ticket and the Booking fee will be clearly itemized before You confirm your purchase and check out. All purchases are charged to your credit card at the time of purchase, not at the time of entry to the event.

Order Confirmation

An order for Ticket(s) is not complete until it has been accepted by Us. Acceptance by Us shall be deemed to be effective when your credit card transaction has been approved by Our Bankers and We have confirmed your order by emailing to You, a Receipt and Confirmation with your unique Bar code or QR code. We will send this confirmation to the email You have given to Us.

Please keep your unique Bar code or QR code in a safe place as You will be required to produce it either on your smart device or on a print out, in order to gain admission to the Event.

If You do not receive a Receipt and Confirmation email from Ready Ticket with a unique Bar code or QR code, it is your responsibility to contact Ready Ticket by sending an email to customerservice@readyticketbb.com to confirm that your order has been placed. Ready Ticket accepts no responsibility for any losses, monetary or otherwise, if You have not received a Bar code or QR code and do not make contact with us to confirm that an order has been received.

Mobile Tickets

Ready Ticket Mobile Tickets offers you the convenience of having Tickets purchased sent direct to your mobile phone when You use Ready Ticket’s Web Site, Mobile Site or Box Offices and have them sent directly to your mobile phone.
You also have the option of sending to every person registered in your booking, their individual ticket via SMS. Alternatively, you may receive all the Tickets You have booked, on your mobile phone and either forward them to your friends yourself, or keep all the Tickets on your phone, and present them at the venue gate. In the latter case, you must all arrive at the gate together.
All persons to whom Tickets are sent are bound by the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Ready Ticket.

Assigning a Ticket

You may change the name on a Ticket by calling Us to make a change, or by advising Us at the venue gate. You will be required to confirm Your identity by disclosing the answer of a challenge question You had answered during the registration process. It is Your responsibility to keep Your answers to the questions in a safe location. When Tickets are sent to another person, that person will now be required to register with Ready Ticket and answer similar challenge questions for security purposes.

All persons to whom Tickets are assigned are bound by the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Ready Ticket.

Limit on Ticket Purchases

There may be a limit imposed by the Seller on the number of tickets You can purchase. You will have notice of the limit (if any) during the purchasing process. This limitation may be imposed to prevent unfair buying practices.

No resale of Tickets allowed

Tickets You purchase are for personal use. Note however that You may purchase tickets for your friends (See Mobile Tickets) or may contact us to change the name on a Ticket (Assigning a Ticket).

Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Ready Ticket and the Seller, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorised resale sites and techniques), or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes(including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods and services. If a Ticket is sold or used in breach of this term, the Ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticket holder may be refused admission to the Event.

In such a case, Ready Ticket will take all reasonable steps to notify You of Ready Ticket’s intention to cancel the Ticket or to render it invalid. Ready Ticket shall have no liability for any consequences You experience following the cancellation of a Ticket as a result of Your violation of this provision.

Fraud

If there is reasonable concern about fraud, We may carry out checks and/or You may be asked to provide additional information (such as proof of Identification, inspection of the credit card and credit card statement) after your booking was made, so that we can verify Your purchase. If we have a reasonable suspicion that fraud was perpetrated we reserve the right to cancel Tickets You purchased.

Use of Ready Ticket’s logo, Trade Mark

Ready Ticket’s logo, trade marks and other intellectual property cannot be used without Ready Ticket’s prior written consent.

THE EVENT

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for checking that an Event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.

Variations to performances or Event

The Seller reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories) and audience capacity.

If the Seller advises Ready Ticket about any of the above changes, Ready Ticket will make efforts to contact You by email, and We will post information about any changes on all of Our social media channels.

Ready Ticket cannot guarantee that its personnel will contact You or reach You to advise of any such changes. It is your responsibility to ensure that Ready Ticket has Your current email address. It is also your responsibility to check the Seller’s Event page and website and Our social media channels for any updates.

Postponement or cancellation of Event

If the Seller postpones or cancels an Event and advises Ready Ticket, Ready Ticket will make efforts to contact You by email and We will post information about any changes on all of Our social media channels.
However, Ready Ticket cannot guarantee that its personnel will contact You or reach You to advise of any postponement or cancellation of any Event. It is your responsibility to ensure that Ready Ticket has Your current email address. It is also your responsibility to check the Seller’s Event page and website and Our social media channels for any updates.

Eligibility to receive Refunds

It is the responsibility of the Seller to determine if a refund of the Ticket price will be offered. The Booking Fee is not refundable.

Refunds will not be provided as a result of a change in Your personal circumstances.

Refund process

If Ready Ticket has been informed by the Seller that an Event is cancelled or rescheduled or that the details are significantly changed, Ready Ticket will contact You as soon as possible by email, using the email address You have supplied. You must ensure that We have your current email address at all times. Please check your email, including junk/spam folders. It is also your responsibility to check the Seller’s Event page and website and Our social media channels for any information about Refunds.

If the Seller’s announcement includes a deadline for refund requests, Ready Ticket cannot provide a refund if Your request was sent after the stated deadline.

No refunds will be offered under any circumstances if You fail to comply with all the Terms applicable to the Tickets, the Venue or the Event.

Ready Ticket is not responsible for any resulting costs You may incur (including travel, accommodation, any other related goods or service or other compensation) as a result of such changes.

All communications or disputes regarding refunds are between the Seller and You and Ready Ticket will not be responsible or liable for, and Seller under their Terms and Conditions, agree to fully indemnify Ready Ticket and its affiliates for, refunds, errors in issuing refunds, or lack of refunds.

Your Access to the Event

You gain admission to the Event by showing Your unique Bar code or QR code on your smart device (which will be scanned by the Ready Ticket system) or by presenting a printed copy of the Receipt and Confirmation.

Additional Terms and/Rules at the Event

Admission to the Event is at all times subject to any terms, conditions or rules of the Seller and/or the Venue. If You breach those terms, conditions or rules then the Seller and/or Venue may refuse to grant your admission to the Event or may require You to leave the Venue.

Conditions of entry

Each Ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular Event, and admission to an Event is subject to any additional terms set out on the Ticket as well as any applicable rules of the Venue.

You may be denied entry into, or removed from an Event without refund of any amount paid, where the Seller has reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions or the Seller’s terms, or if you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired, behave in a disorderly manner or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the Event by others. There may also be rules restricting or preventing the admission of latecomers.

Breach of the terms or rules for the Event or the Venue will terminate your licence to attend the event without refund. Under no circumstances is Ready Ticket responsible or liable for these actions of the Seller.

Your responsibility in the venue

Amongst other things you will need to comply with health and safety rules and any security requirements (including security searches for the safety of everyone attending the Event).
Where possible, Ready Ticket will bring to your attention any terms, conditions or rules relating to the Event of which it is has been given reasonable prior notice. Fuller details of relevant terms, conditions or rules will be available from the Seller or the Venue.

Recording at the Event

You agree not to record or transmit or aid in recording or transmitting any picture, video or reproduction of the Event.

You agree that the Event for which You purchase Tickets, is a public event, that Your appearance and actions inside and outside the Venue where the Event occurs are public in nature, and that You have no expectation of privacy with regard to Your actions or conduct at the Event.

Occasionally the event may be filmed or recorded. Buying a ticket affirms Your consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience. You grant permission to Ready Ticket and the Seller to utilise your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, appearance, movements and statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of or at the Event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, You or anyone acting on Your behalf. If You have any objection, should this happen when You attend a show or event, please contact a member of the Seller’s management.

Disclaimer by Ready Ticket

Events are not the responsibility of Ready Ticket. Ready Ticket does not organise Events and has no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind suffered by You at or in connection with any Event (including injury of life, body or health and/or loss, damage or theft any personal property).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Ready Ticket and hold Ready Ticket harmless from Your claims to recover any costs incurred or losses made by You as a result of any actions or omissions on the part of the Seller or the Venue and their authorised agents.

Online Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

The Website Terms of Use and the Ready Ticket Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions and apply to all sales through Ready Ticket’s website.

General

Ready Ticket cannot be liable in any way for the acts or omissions of others (including the Seller and the Venue operator).

These terms and conditions do not create any rights or obligations enforceable by or against anyone other than Ready Ticket and You.

The term “including” when used in these Terms and Conditions is not a term of limitation.

The purchase by You of Tickets, and these Terms and Conditions (and any contractual or non-contractual matters arising in relation to these terms and conditions) are governed by the laws of Barbados, and any disputes arising out of any transaction between you and Ready Ticket are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Barbados.

Your contact Details

You must inform Ready Ticket of any change of address, contact phone number or email address. Our preferred method to contact You is VIA email, so You should take care to provide a current, valid email address and ensure that your email filter settings do not treat our emails as spam or direct them to your junk folder.

Registering with Ready Ticket

You are encouraged to ‘register’ with Ready Ticket so that you can benefit form the Personalised Services which we can offer to You.

Once you have registered, with Ready Ticket, you are deemed to have given consent to receive marketing or other information about upcoming events, promotions, offers or information. If you do not wish to receive further material please click here.

Your Information

We may share certain personal information with Sellers and venue operators as necessary, for the purposes of the Event. However, we will not share that information for marketing purposes, without your consent. We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. Links

Ready Ticket allows for Sellers to insert links to other internet websites or resources. Ready Ticket has no control over such websites and resources. You any other user of the Ready Ticket service, agree that Ready Ticket is not responsible, endorses or liable for any external content available on such websites or resources. You or any other user of the Ready Ticket service agrees that Ready Ticket not responsible or liable for any consequences arising from the usage or reliance of any such websites or resources.
